Personalized digital invite pages
Printed QR/NFC invitation cards
Hosting of multimedia content (photos, videos, audio)
Support for sharing and accessing invitations via mobile devices

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information for your order
Use our platform only for lawful purposes
Not upload any offensive, copyrighted, or illegal content
Review your content before final approval and printing

Payment & Pricing

All prices are mentioned clearly at the time of checkout
Payments must be completed before order processing begins
Once payment is received, your order will be scheduled for production and delivery
We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice

Revisions & Approval

One round of free revision is provided for design and content
Additional edits may be chargeable
Once the final content is approved by you, we are not responsible for any errors or changes post-printing or publishing

Delivery & Turnaround Time

Digital invite links are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after receiving all required content
Printed cards (QR/NFC) will be shipped based on availability and location
Shipping delays caused by courier services are beyond our control

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since our services are personalized, we do not offer full refunds once work has started
In case of cancellation before production, partial refunds may be considered
No refunds on printed or delivered products unless damaged or misprinted due to our fault

Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by Shadi QR remain the intellectual property of Shadi QR
Clients may use the final designs for personal purposes only
Reuse or resale of our templates or technology is prohibited

Limitation of Liability

Shadi QR is not liable for:

Any incorrect information submitted by the client
Damages arising from misuse or unauthorized access of our services
